With global oil prices, Prime Minister Abdullah announced this afternoon will be to reduce the retail price of petrol and diesel 15 cents from tomorrow (November 1) with effect from the early morning.

This is also the Government in August this year, the fourth times lower the fuel prices.

Under the Government's latest retail price of fuel:

- 97 unleaded petrol from RM 2.30 per liter to RM 2.15

- 92 unleaded petrol RM 2.20 per liter to RM 2.05

- Diesel from RM 2.20 to RM 2.05

This year on June 4, the "global oil prices" on the grounds, announced that fuel prices rise 78 cents, or about 41%, from RM 1.92 per liter to RM 2.70, so that triggered off discontent among the people.

Then, this year, the Government announced on August 1, fuel prices will be based on the world price of global oil floating to adjust and will be announced in the first month. The new measures from September 1 onwards. In view of this, the Government on August 23 and September 24 the two lower oil prices.

The latest reduction in oil prices on October 15, when the government lowered RM 0.15 for unleaded petrol 97 cents per liter to RM 2.30, while 92 unleaded petrol prices drop of RM 0.10 per liter to RM 2.20. At the same time, diesels fell down RM 0.20 to RM 2.20 per liter.
